
Four San Francisco Bay Area amateur clubs advanced and five were eliminated during the second qualifying round for the 2026 U.S. Open Cup.
Two SFSFL teams, The Olympic Club and Inter San Francisco, along with San Ramon FC and Ariana FC, moved into the third qualifying round, which will take place Nov. 1-2. Meanwhile, Napa Valley 1839, Bay Area United FC, Albion SC Silicon Valley, CF San Rafael, and Dublin Celtic FC were eliminated.

The Olympic Club 1 – Albion SC Silicon Valley 0
Playing at USF’s Negoesco Field, The Olympic Club faced a stiff challenger from Albion SC Silicon Valley. In a tense, tight affair, the winning goal was struck by Olympic striker Arda Bulut in the 60th minute.
Albion pressed for the equalizer, and the game became quite chippy between the two clubs. However, Olympic was able to withstand the pressure and move on to the next qualifying round.


International San Francisco 3 – CF San Rafael 2
Looking to qualify for the U.S. Open Cup for the second year in a row, Inter SF got off to a 3-0 first-half lead over CF San Rafael, with a brace from Javier Rivera and a strike from Dylan Autran. The home side conceded two second-half goals but was able to hold off the visitors in the shadow of San Francisco’s City Hall at James P. Lang Field.

San Ramon FC 6 – Dublin Celtic FC 0
San Ramon cruised to an easy victory over Dublin Celtic FC behind goals from Jonathan Montoya-Castro, Alonzo Del Mundo, Braulio Maravilla, Carver Jensen & Luis Daniel Flores Gonzales.
Ariana FC 2 – Bay Area United FC 1
Despite giving up the lead in regulation and earning a red card, Ariana FC was able to score in extra time and hold off Bay Area United FC.
FC Folsom 3 – Napa Valley 1839 FC 1
On Saturday, Napa Valley was unable to take advantage of the home field and fell to visiting FC Folsom 3-1.
